About our client Our client is a leading global investment firm with a long-term track record across private markets. The firm is looking to add an Associate Principal to its private equity team, which invests globally across North America, Europe and Asia through direct co-investments, fund commitments and secondaries. What the job involves This is a highly analytical position that plays a central role in supporting the evaluation and execution of fund, co-investment, and secondary transactions The investor will contribute across all stages of the investment process - from sourcing and due diligence to Investment Committee presentation and portfolio monitoring Building and interpreting complex financial models to support investment evaluation and decision-making Conducting valuation analysis (LBO, comparable company, and precedent transactions) and scenario/sensitivity testing Preparing investment papers and presentations for senior leadership and Investment Committee Supporting due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring activities across multiple geographies Collaborating with senior investment professionals and contributing to the continued build-out of a growing global private equity platform Who we are looking for Experience within private markets (buyout, infrastructure, credit, or secondaries) Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, with a strong grasp of valuation and accounting fundamentals Confident communicator, comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performance environment Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in global private markets investing Willingness to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi #LI-SS1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
