To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Roles ResponsibilitiesAssist engineers in new product introduction and implementation, participate in NPI activities.Assist engineers in dealing with quality issues and drive continuous improvements.Collect, count, analyze, handle and track major production line issues, and update and summarize issues regularly.Own daily quality meetings and weekly KPI meetings for mass production.Perform daily production line audits, analyze and improve issues found in audits.Manage ORT implementation for mass production and drive issue analysis.Identify improvement opportunities in SMT, assembly and packaging sections of the factory. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.RequirementsBe fluent in both spoken and written English.
