ROLE SUMMARYThe Associate Manager – Risk & Compliance supports the Risk and Compliance Manager in evaluating business operations to ensure their adequacy and long-term sustainability. The role also involves assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures aimed at minimizing risk exposure.ROLE PROFILESupport the Risk and Compliance Manager in developing and implementing risk and compliance initiatives across the businessAnalyse retail data to identify trends and contribute to action plans that mitigate risks and lossesImplement and monitor integrity hotline usage to ensure ethical reporting within the organizationParticipate in investigations related to fraud, misconduct, and policy violations, providing recommendations where requiredIdentify potential risks and assist in developing and executing action plans to maintain safe and compliant operationsSupport the development, updating, and communication of risk and compliance policies and proceduresAssist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and managing system requirements to ensure accurate and timely management reportingContribute to team development by updating training materials, delivering awareness sessions, and supporting adherence to human capital policies and proceduresREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent fieldMinimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar roleStrong communication and presentation skills in a business environmentEffective problem‑solving capabilities with a proactive approachGood analytical thinking and sound decision‑making skillsClear and effective communication of policies and procedures across stakeholdersWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
