<div><h3>Associate Manager - Project Engineering PMP</h3><p>Majid Al Futtaim | Posted Mar 6 | Full-time | Riyadh Region | Negotiable | Advanced (5-10 yrs)</p><b>JOB TITLE</b><p>Associate Projects Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA</p><b>Role Summary</b><p>The Associate Manager - Project Engineering is responsible for handling design, technical specifications,standards required to ensure proper implementation of projects assigned within Business Development.The role holder is also responsible for supporting project teams, assisting in project coordination and supervising vendors/contractors to ensure work is completed as per required standards and in a timely manner.</p><b>ROLE PROFILE</b><ul><li>Conduct feasibility studies in coordination with the team to ensure that all specifications and standards of approved projects meet organization’s requirements.</li><li>Participate in tender preparation stage by ensuring all relevant technical aspects of the tender are in place through directing different project team members from the different departments.</li><li>Analyse building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on designs and budgeting.</li><li>Determine the structural, electrical and mechanical designs in accordance with the approved frameworks.</li><li>Escalate to project manager any technical and operational changes that arise during construction.</li><li>Arrange material inspection activities by scheduling and informing relevant team members and reporting compliance.</li><li>Oversee and supervise the activities of contractor personnel to ensure that all work takes place in a compliant manner which guarantees the delivery of a high quality service and as per specifications/relevant standards.</li><li>Prepare, obtain and assemble design standards and benchmarking data and maintain records.</li><li>Prepare and maintain archive for technical specifications and openings.</li></ul><b>Requirements</b><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Electrical or other Engineering field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related function.</li><li>Excellent supervisory skills</li><li>PMP Holder.</li></ul><b>What We Offer</b><p>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
