Job Description As an Instructional Design Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be a part of the Talent & Organization (T&O) team within the S&C Global Network. Your role will involve helping clients from various industries with Learning Design, Change Management, and HR Transformation. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies and solutions to shape the workforce of the future. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems, target audiences, and learning needs to develop learning and change objectives for the proposed solutions. - Work closely with the client team to design, develop, and deliver the learning solution, ensuring alignment with the client's requirements. - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and create training curriculum based on identified needs. - Develop high-level content outlines and design effective training materials that meet the client's business needs. - Provide clear and constructive feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure project productivity targets are met. - Coach instructional designers and content developers in preparing materials for various workshops. - Explore opportunities to introduce innovative learning strategies into the solution. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Education: Graduate/Post Graduate with a background in HR/Learning is preferred. - Professional Background: MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA is desirable. - 8+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Proficiency in developing various training modalities such as ILTs, WBTs, simulations, job aids, and guides. - Experience in leading and coaching small teams and working with global teams. - Familiarity with industry-standard design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, and SAP Enable Now. - Strong design, writing, editing, and reviewing skills. - Ability to apply learning methodologies and technologies for adult learning. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. **Additional Information:** - Ability to design and deliver modern learning modalities like gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning is advantageous. - Proficiency in recommending training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies. - Familiarity with rapid authoring tools and client proprietary authoring tools. - Strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Cross-cultural competence is a plus.
