Education/Qualifications Secondary School Certificate 10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate 12thStandard) is desirable. 1 year/ 2 years ITI is a must or 3 years Diploma.Skills/ Competencies/ Experience 6 months Vocational Education 7 10 years relevant experience. 1 year ITI 5 7 years relevant experience. 2 years ITI 3 5 years relevant experience. Preferably possessing experience in the Electrical Engineering industry as a service technician handling lager capacity electrical installations and maintenance. Result orientation problem solving and people management skills. Interpersonal Skills Planning & Organizing skills and Planning & Organizing skills. Competent communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will bean advantage.Responsible to maintain complex Electrical installations achieving the required/assigned targets of thework within the designated area of operations with minimum downtime meeting complete satisfaction ofClients & end users.Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works of BMS system IncludeDDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers and panelsTroubleshooting testing and commissioning BMS & HVAC systems and all connected equipment for BM connectivityGateway IDF & MDFTroubleshoot system failures on all BMS Hardware/ Software systems/accessories with minimum downtime Carry out calibration test between BMS system and connected equipment to the BMS system.Testing and ensure the functionality of the sensors connected to BMS and validate the data Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster AttendanceCarry out CBMS work within the boundaries ofof the UAE Assist in condition surveys / snagging works of BMS systems when required.Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to timeComply with companies EHS & Q regulationsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Academics,Football,Bluetooth,Fabrication,Claims Investigation,Event Marketing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
