Must have a background in budgeting, management accounting, forecasting and resource allocation and providing financial advice.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.</li><li>Prepare accurate financial forecasts and scenario analyses.</li><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.</li><li>Deliver annual budgets.</li><li>Deliver the annual budget guidelines and calendar on a timely basis and identify financial risk related to business activities.</li><li>Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances.</li><li>Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.</li><li>Present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Educational Background</h3><p>A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
