Associate-Finance (UAE National Only)

<div><p>We're seeking an exceptional Associate to join our Finance team!</p><p>The Junior Finance Associate will support the day-to-day finance operations of the company, with primary responsibility for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and balance sheet reconciliations. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, timely settlements, and reliable financial records in line with internal procedures and accounting policies.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and approvals in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA).</li><li>Match invoices to purchase orders and contracts, resolving discrepancies with procurement and business functions.</li><li>Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with agreed payment terms and DAC approval process.</li><li>Support month-end AP accruals and cut-off procedures.</li><li>Raise customer invoices accurately and on time as per with contracts and billing schedules.</li><li>Monitor customer balances and follow up on overdue receivables.</li><li>Allocate payments received and reconcile customer accounts.</li><li>Support credit control activities and escalate overdue or disputed balances as per procedure.</li><li>Prepare AR ageing reporting.</li></ul><h3>3. Bank, GL&Balance Sheet Reconciliations</h3><ul><li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate reconciling items promptly.</li><li>Prepare and maintain monthly CRM and payment gateways reconciliations with ERP</li><li>Ensure timely clearing of any reconciled item.</li><li>Support audit requests by providing reconciliations and supporting documentation.</li></ul><h3>4. Month-End&Reporting Support</h3><ul><li>Assist with month-end closing activities in line with the finance close timetable.</li><li>Support preparation of basic financial schedules and reports.</li><li>Ensure all supporting documentation is properly maintained and audit-ready.</li><li>Adhere to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements.</li></ul><h3>5. Process&Control</h3><ul><li>Follow documented finance procedures and internal controls.</li><li>Maintain all-time 100% evidence of controls evidence</li><li>Support ERP enhancements when required</li></ul><p>The responsibilities and duties outlined above are not exhaustive and may evolve over time.
