Associate Engineer - Electrical

AECOM are currently seeking an experienced Associate - Electrical to join our Building Engineering practice. The Associate will lead and oversee MEP design engineering projects ensuring adherence to scope budget and timelines. Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of MEP engineering processes.Mentor and manage teams of MEP engineers fostering professional growth and collaboration.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients architects and other stakeholders ensuring alignment of project objectives.Oversee the design analysis and review of complex MEP systems for assigned projects.Ensure all designs meet regulatory codes safety standards and project specifications.Conduct design reviews audits and risk assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of designs.Promote the adoption of advanced design tools materials and methodologies to improve outcomes.Contribute to proposals technical presentations and bids to secure new projects.Lead digital delivery through system optimization advanced simulations strategies and multidisciplinary coordination through adoption of Revit tools/Revizto in ACC and BIM 360 environment.Implement digital workflows by adopting design automation solutions that integrate computational engineering solutions within the BIM environment.Involve in technical evaluation of Building Engineering systems appropriate for the project through technical and commercial evaluation provide guidance and recommendation to Clients on proposed design solutionLead digital delivery through system optimization advanced simulations strategies computational engineering and multidisciplinary coordination through adoption of Revit tools/Revizto in ACC and BIM 360 environment.Qualifications : A Bachelors in Electrical Engineering is requiredInstitution accreditation preferred (CEng MCIBSE MIEE or equivalent)Local Authority Engineer registration preferredAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
