Associate - Employee Engagement | MAF Retail | Head Office UAEAssociate Employee Engagement is responsible for supporting all aspects related to employee engagement such as internal customer satisfaction, employee engagement survey, matters of team building activities and the newsletter.Role ProfileProvide suggestions on how to address the employee engagement and customer satisfaction challenges within the organizationOrganize employee engagement events and team building activitiesReview and analyse key external trends and influences on employee engagement strategies to incorporate best practices relevant to MAF RetailPrepare the content (HC initiatives, events calendar, talent development programs, new training, updates to HC policies and procedures) to be published in the newsletter newsletterFollow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerAssist the Employee Engagement Manager in developing a strategy for creativity and innovation in MAF RetailProactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of workApply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructionsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in HR Management, or Business Administration1-2 years’ HR experience in a major public sector or private-sector organizationManaging changeOrganizational commitmentTeam workProblem solvingWhat We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
