Associate Director, Rates & Credit Structuring

Job PurposeStructure and price rate‑ and credit‑linked products tailored to client needs. Work closely with Sales and Trading to deliver risk‑controlled and compliant solutions across derivatives and structured investments.Key Result AreasStructure and price products such as interest‑rate swaps, structured deposits, and credit‑linked notes.Perform scenario analysis, back‑testing, and risk assessment of structured solutions.Liaise with Legal, Risk, and Product Control on product approval and documentation.Provide product training and support to Sales teams across client segments.Monitor market trends and identify new product or solution opportunities.Knowledge, Skills and Experience6–8 years’ experience in structuring or derivatives‑related roles.Strong quantitative and analytical skills.Good understanding of rates and credit markets.Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar quantitative field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
