Associate Director, Product Management

Job Description You are Asias largest omnichannel platform for baby & kids products, and your Middle East division is rapidly scaling across UAE & KSA. You are seeking a high-energy Associate Product Manager Payments to optimize checkout performance, improve payment success rates in a multi-currency environment, and leverage AI to enhance product delivery. This role is at the intersection of Payments, Data, and Customer Experience. - Analyze transaction failures, bin-level performance & gateway latencies - Partner with Business, Operations & Engineering teams - Conduct deep research on ME payment trends (BNPL, COD, digital wallets) Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech (CS preferred) - MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute (preferred) - 13 years in Product Management (Fintech / E-commerce / Payments preferred) - Strong understanding of Payment Gateways & API integrations - Knowledge of card-bin analysis & multi-currency checkout flows - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI/Looker - Proficiency with Figma/Miro/Balsamiq - Strong communication & stakeholder management skills You are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
