As a result of a recent promotion they are looking to hire an Associate Director – PR.Based in Abu Dhabi the overall purpose of the Associate Director role is to lead and develop teams to deliver outstanding work to clients. Candidates would be required to:Plan and develop strategies for ongoing client accountsProvide senior leadership and management of the client relationshipContribute strategic insight into the handling of client communications issues/programmesDraft content to a high level in EnglishIdentify and develop opportunities for winning new client business and organically growing existing businessLead new business brainstorms and new business pitches; educate and inspire team membersInitiate new business through networking and marketing activitiesEffectively manage workload and resources across multiple accountsManage the team and ensure that they are effectively trained, developed and motivated to deliver outstanding work for clientsSupport Directors in the hiring process by playing an active role in interviewing and selecting candidatesManage budgets, staffing and servicing levels in order to ensure that profibility on accounts is maintainedDesired Skills & ExperienceDeep understanding of the business and ability to differentiate our competitive strengths and range of servicesSignificant experience of providing strategic client counselExcellent track record of effectively managing and retaining client relationshipsStrong presenter with a successful track record of pitching and winning new businessExperienced people manager and proven ability in training and developing staffSound financial management and budgeting skillsStrong communication, negotiation and influencing skillsIn-depth knowledge of the market sector and industry trends that you operate inExcellent media relations skills and established media contacts in the Middle EastAbility to lead by example, command respect and achieve results through othersAbout The CompanyRealHR was established in 2007 as a generalist HR management consultancy.
