Associate Director of AI & Blockchain

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director of AI & Blockchain, this position is responsible for practical and brand-enhancing use of artificial intelligence and blockchain across AMOUAGE value chain.This role exists to strengthen craftsmanship, fight counterfeiting, optimize decision-making, and modernize operationsThe Associate Director will design, deploy, and govern AI and blockchain initiatives that respect luxury traditions while securing Amouage’s future competitiveness.Your ImpactDesign and deliver AI solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, customer analytics, and marketing performanceOversee model lifecycle: data preparation, training, validation, deployment, and monitoringEnsure AI models are explainable, auditable, and suitable for executive decision-makingLead blockchain initiatives for product authentication, traceability, and anti-counterfeitingOwn data quality, governance, and integration across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and operational systemsManage technology vendors and contribute to building a focused, high-impact team.Your Journey With UsThe House of AMOUAGE, has been on an aggressive growth trajectory within the fast-growing ultra luxury perfumes segment, unlocking tremendous personal and career development opportunities for our team members across multiple locations including Muscat, Dubai, New York, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur.
