Associate Director - Digital Health Partners Development Manager

Job Summary:The Partners Manager will be responsible for developing managing and expanding relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance our healthcare technology offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify evaluate and establish strategic partnerships that align with the companys goals and objectives.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales marketing product development and other teams to ensure seamless integration and of partnership initiatives.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts with partners ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in partnerships maintaining a positive and productive relationship.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management business development or a related role within the healthcare technology sector.Excellence communication skills in English. Arabic and French is a plus.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships.Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry and its regulatory environment.Required Experience:Director#J-18808-Ljbffr
