Associate (Cost Management)

Currie & Brown is looking for an Associate (Cost Management) to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate you'll be working closely with a key client and leading a Mall project, therefore previous mall experience is essential for this role.What will you be doing?Providing accurate pre and post contract cost management advice to our clientsLead a team and provide continuous developmentDelivering assignments competently and professionallyManaging resources, cost and time effectively to ensure margins are metProviding regular feedback to the director on the commissions under your management.Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationshipsWhat do you need?BSc in quantity surveying or equivalentMembership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is preferredPrevious technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancyMiddle East experience is preferredGood technical report writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external)Experience of a variety of sectors is beneficial, but previous experience of Malls / shopping centres is essentialExperience of managing and leading others within a live project environmentWhy choose Currie & Brown?Unlike some businesses, we prioritise for the long term and honour our commitments.
