The organisation is run by an exceptionally sharp leadership team and operates with a lean, high‑performance culture. The family office is expanding and evolving, taking on a wide variety of initiatives – from investment‑related activities to the establishment of corporate structures, personal and business administration, and strategic special projects. Given the rapid pace and complexity, they are building out a strong associate layer to support the Chief of Staff and leadership team with both business‑critical and operational tasks.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Supporting the Chief of Staff across personal, operational, and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Conducting deep research using AI agents and modern tools to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build recommendations.</li><li>Handling business administration: coordinating with accounting firms, assisting with the setup of new entities, drafting foundational documentation, and helping structure processes.</li><li>Managing a mix of personal and business tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination when visitors are in town.</li><li>Ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.</li><li>Working closely with junior staff and eventually helping oversee them as the team grows.</li></ul><p>This role is execution‑heavy, fast‑paced, and requires someone who thrives in environments where priorities shift quickly.</p><h3>The Successful Applicant</h3><ul><li>A degree in business, finance, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working within consultancy or financial services environments.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in creating strategic plans and implementing change initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of current trends in the financial services industry.</li></ul><h3>What’s on Offer</h3><p>We are looking for someone with strong intellectual horsepower and the ability to get things done.
