Job Description As a Channel Sales Operations Associate at BMC, you will play a crucial role in providing remote sales operations support for the BMC Sales Ecosystem globally. Your responsibilities will include managing partner agreement requests, updating systems, ensuring successful transactions, and optimizing day-to-day operations. Your contribution will directly impact BMC's success and drive automation and efficiency in the sales process. Here is what you can expect in this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill incoming partner agreement requests by drafting and executing various types of partner agreements
- Initiate partner compliance process and provide initial review for compliance program
- Submit accurate partner incentive payments and handle payment inquiries
- Conduct audits of contract data to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with Channel Sales Managers to support sales objectives
- Develop, document, and improve processes to enhance deliverables
- Recommend improvements and automation in existing processes
Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations
- Proficiency in drafting and executing partner agreements and contracts
- Strong IT skills with expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM/SFDC reporting, and Oracle
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, ownership, and accountability
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with stakeholders globally
- Preferred work timings: EMEA hours 12.30 PM 9.30 PM IST
