Awiros is the conduit to bring the most cutting-edge research in the areas of Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to the market.ROLE OVERVIEW:As an associate account director, you will own the sales strategy and growth roadmap for high-potential regions. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic planning, and international business development.RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Strategy & ExecutionDefine and execute regional GTM strategies for India, Dubai, and EuropeBuild and refine scalable sales processes for lead qualification, pipeline growth, and closureWork closely with leadership to develop territory-specific forecasts and expansion plansLeverage account-based marketing (ABM) and solution selling to unlock new verticalsManage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients through strong consultative relationshipsDevelop success plans, growth playbooks, and revenue projections for strategic accountsLead renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with product and delivery teamsIdentify and build channel partnerships, resellers, and strategic alliances in Dubai and EuropeCustomize client engagement strategies to fit local regulations, cultures, and procurement frameworksRepresent the brand at global events, trade shows, and industry roundtablesAct as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers and client influencersPartner with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure tailored deploymentMaintain high standards of post-sales service, ensuring long-term client retentionEDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in AI/Video Analytics/SaaSDemonstrated success in crafting and executing sales strategies across multiple geographiesExperience in international sales, especially in Dubai and/or European marketsStrong negotiation, forecasting, and CRM reporting skillsAnalytical mindset with an eye for identifying trends and optimizing GTM strategiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable with travel (up to 30%) to client and partner locations internationallyPrior experience in Computer Vision, Smart Cities, Surveillance, or IoT sectors (Preferred but not mandatory)Understanding of government/PSU procurement in UAE, EU, or India (Preferred but not mandatory)Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo (Preferred but not mandatory)Experience in Digital KYC/ E-KYC solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
