Job Description
Job Description As the Global Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for managing various categories of assignments from initiation to completion. Your role will involve hands-on experience with immigration rules and guidelines for global countries such as AMERICAS, APAC, EMEA, etc. Strong operational skills and English communication are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare assignment offer letters and visa letters promptly
- Schedule calls with employees to explain the Global Mobility process
- Demonstrate individual initiative and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Collaborate with teams and maintain teamwork dynamics for timely closure
- Ensure adherence to all compliances for yourself
Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or other HC functions
- Postgraduate or Graduate degree
- Basic knowledge of immigration implications for overseas employment
- Strong operational and coordination skills between teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information/documents
- Team player committed to timeliness and precision in deliverables
- Act with integrity and adhere to PwC Code of Conduct when handling confidential data
