Job Description Assoc Web Operations Specialist. Work Location: Pune Will worker be onsite / offsite: Onsite(Hybrid) Contract : 6+months Description: The Web Operation Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate execution of our production and back-office systems including bmc.com and related web properties. As a member of our web production team, they will work on content authoring updates and translations, site maintenance, quality assurance, governance, and user experience under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Web Operations. Responsibilities & Duties: Use CMS to create web pages that follow best practices for user experience and layout, while adhering to brand guidelines. Use custom components and templates to create, translate, test, and launch content using the CMS platform. Evaluate stakeholder requests and deliver relevant content, assets, templates, and designs for authoring. Assist Localization Program Managers with stakeholder support, translation management, and QA/UAT initiatives. Promote QA best practices for accurate and well-implemented website updates. Create / edit images as an additional support. Manage blog pages using WordPress simultaneously. Demonstrates proficiency in managing many web publishing projects. Effectively manage time and effort for optimal results in scaled environments. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years experience supporting/working with AEM or any other CMS is must. Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, computer science or sufficient related professional experience. Knowledge of content management systems, authoring tools, documentation standards, compliance and web optimization (SEO). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Experience working alongside sibling web functions, such as development, QA, Strategy Process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to handle high stake, high pressure launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders. Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy and is deadline driven. Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills.
