<div><h3>Store Operations</h3><ul><li>Assist in overseeing daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.</li><li>Ensure store policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.</li><li>Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.</li><li>Support in loss prevention and store security.</li></ul><h3>Sales&Customer Service</h3><ul><li>Provide personalized, high-quality customer service, especially for abaya fittings and styling.</li><li>Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.</li><li>Build customer loyalty through product knowledge and relationship building.</li></ul><h3>Team Supervision</h3><ul><li>Assist in supervising, motivating, and training sales associates.</li><li>Help prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.</li><li>Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve sales and service.</li><li>Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.</li></ul><h3>Inventory&Merchandising</h3><ul><li>Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and inventory control.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and support reordering requests.</li><li>Ensure proper display, folding, and presentation of abayas and accessories.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards at all times.</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Administration</h3><ul><li>Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.</li><li>Support promotional activities and new collection launches.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
