Job DescriptionAn Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a retail establishment. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing staff, and driving sales to meet or exceed store targets. You will also be tasked with maintaining store operational standards, handling customer issues, and managing inventory.
