Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Shift Manager to join our EGM Administration team.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the daily operations of the EGM department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to gaming regulationsMonitor electronic gaming machine performance and elevate repair or maintenance needs to techniciansSupport proper handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions in accordance with company policiesAssist in scheduling and managing EGM supervisors and floor attendantsProvide on‑the‑job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team membersSupport the resolution of guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionallyPromote a positive gaming experience and uphold high service standardsEnsure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policiesAssist in maintaining the integrity of EGM assets, gaming machine equipment, and operational informationMonitor for suspicious activity and support enforcement of security protocolsAssist in preparing shift reports detailing operational activities, machine performance, and revenueAbout YouMinimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead roleStrong knowledge of EGM mechanics and gaming regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOperational ManagementRegulatory ComplianceTechnical Knowledge of EGM SystemsAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
