In this pivotal role, you will work alongside our Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and execute strategic sales initiatives. You will be instrumental in supporting the achievement of our sales objectives while fostering a collaborative and innovative sales environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.ResponsibilitiesLead client meetings from initial consultation through proposal development, establishing quotes, negotiating pricing terms, and securing written contractsSupport the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and consistent executionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in rooms and banquet services by developing and implementing comprehensive action plansDevelop and refine sales materials, tools, and strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase contract closure ratesCoordinate and manage sales events, bridal fairs, and promotional activities to generate leads and strengthen brand presenceMaintain accurate and detailed records of client accounts, contact information, activities, and business transactions within CRM and relevant software applicationsPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to leadershipRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring exceptional customer serviceSupport team members with guidance, training, and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growthAdhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalismQualifications**Required Skills:**Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plusStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwareDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities with attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close dealsOrganizational and planning skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperienceMinimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or related service industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIsExperience in client relationship management and account maintenanceDemonstrated experience coordinating events or managing sales initiativesExperience supporting senior management or working in a team-oriented sales environmentEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferredDomain ExpertiseKnowledge of the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirableUnderstanding of sales pipeline management and sales forecastingFamiliarity with contract negotiation and client proposal developmentKnowledge of customer service best practices and service excellence standardsAdditional InformationNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsYour Team And Working EnvironmentIn 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
