Assistant Safety Officer

Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situationsDeveloping measures to assure personnel safety.Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.Assist in conducting risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.Assist the Head of Safety to organize OHS training of employees and executives.Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.Record and investigate incidents to determine root causes and advise on corrective measures.Understand the operation of electrical refrigeration and Fire Fighting systems.Communicate with different departments and to provide them with information and assistance.Qualifications : Your experience and skills include: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in hotel is preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
