Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the daily operation of the Sunset Bar ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.Supervise bar and service staff providing guidance support and motivation.Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and food service following established standards.Monitor bar ambiance and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.Staff ManagementAssist in scheduling training and evaluating team members.Ensure staff adhere to grooming standards service protocols and safety guidelines.Support onboarding of new employees and conduct refresher training when needed.Foster positive team engagement and uphold company values.Qualifications :Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in bars lounges or restaurants.Strong knowledge of mixology bar operations and service standards.Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.Basic financial and inventory management knowledge.Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
