Assistant Restaurant Manager Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Assistant Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker) to support daily operations and help lead a dedicated front‑of‑house team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are passionate about guest experience, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.Ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction, especially for Arabic‑speaking clientele.Lead, train and motivate service staff to maintain performance and morale.Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset.Support in managing inventory, staff scheduling and supplier coordination.Monitor food quality, cleanliness and overall customer experience.Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.Act as a communication bridge between Arabic‑speaking customers and non‑Arabic‑speaking staff when needed.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism or related field.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong leadership, communication and team‑management skills.Guest‑focused with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operating procedures.Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a busy environment.Flexible and hands‑on approach to operations.Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
