This role involves overseeing the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating site activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in construction supervision, project management, and stakeholder coordination within the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Resident Engineer (RE) in managing contract administration ensuring timely communication of correspondence, submittals, and RFIs with contractors.Supervise and lead construction inspection teams to ensure all contractor activities are adequately covered.Oversee all aspects of infrastructure construction ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to contract specifications.Monitor and enforce compliance with approved health & safety plans and industry best practices.Track and review contractor progress, including materials used, site storage, workforce, and equipment deployment.Coordinate construction activities and maintain seamless integration with other contractors onsite.Attend and actively contribute to weekly, monthly, and project progress meetings.Identify potential project constraints, assess risks, and recommend corrective measures to maintain schedules and project quality.Review and approve inspectors' daily reports, ensuring accurate and detailed project documentation.Provide technical guidance and oversight for site operations and contractor performance.Conduct regular site inspections and report contractual and procedural matters to the Resident Engineer.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.10-12 years of experience in infrastructure projects within the UAE.Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in infrastructure development.Proven expertise in construction supervision, project management, and stakeholder coordination.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and relevant engineering platforms.Willingness to work in Silaa, Western Region as required.Why Join UsAt KN International, we are committed to delivering excellence in infrastructure solutions.
