Job Description

To contribute to the growth of Transaction Banking (mainly Liability) business of the bank.Origination of new to the bank liability customers and portfolio management of the existing client base.Key Tasks and DutiesSustainable business growth within transaction banking / liability customer segmentCASA and Term deposit growth with optimal deposit mix to improve cost of fundsAncillary business growth (Cash, trade & FX business)Target Cross Border investment flows within Oman-UAE business corridorTo assist with customer on-boarding, client and correspondence handling, KYC & REKYC, CIB on boarding and resolving CIB issues, handling compliance queries, assist in client FX rates discussion, negotiation with clients on deposit rate, dormant activations, signature/name/ownership changes handling, support on CBUAE & various Audit queries, business pipeline management, support on various MIS mattersClient Onboarding processPerform KYC/REKYC documentation in coordination with clients and submission to operations and support closure of compliance queries if any.Assist in alerts/transaction monitoring, review and take appropriate action, as per the transaction monitoring procedure and identify and update any anomalies.Perform quality assurance/compliance monitoring reviews on business functions for NBO UAE.Ongoing gap analysis of cash management product proposition vis‑à‑vis marketQualificationsBachelor degree in Banking and Finance or closely related field.Experience6 years’ experience within transaction banking / Liability team with strong understanding of Liability customers portfolio management with ability for business development. Also, good understanding of cash management product propositions.Skills required are:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer centricityGood understanding of regulatory landscape and customer onboarding processCollaborative attitude to support the businessExcellent procedural skillsGood office technology skillsAbility to manage Regulatory compliance and relevant reporting requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
