Job Description
Assistant Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in the financial services industry, acting as the bridge between the bank or financial institution and its clients. The primary objective is to maintain and nurture strong, long‑lasting client relationships, working closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are met and exceeded. These professionals identify sales opportunities, manage portfolios, and address client queries and issues, providing customized solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about financial products and services while building a career in client relationship management.ResponsibilitiesAssist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client portfolios effectively and efficiently.Facilitate the resolution of client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.Conduct client meetings and prepare presentations to support relationship management efforts.Identify and capture cross‑selling opportunities to maximize client wallet share.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and related regulations.Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with bank policies and procedures.Prepare and analyze client investment portfolios to optimize financial gain.Monitor market trends and financial markets to inform clients about potential opportunities.Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.Generate periodic reports on client activity and satisfaction for continuous improvement.Assist in the development and execution of client relationship strategies.Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless experience.RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.Prior experience in relationship management or client services is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Proven ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Adept at analyzing financial data and understanding financial products.Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and banking platforms is advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Understanding of market trends and financial regulations impacting client investment.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-LevelWork Type: Full-TimeCountry: United Arab EmiratesCity: DubaiCompany Website: https://#J-18808-Ljbffr
