Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team in Rixos Bab Al this role you will support the recruitment function in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies managing the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiationCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptionsConduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant team membersUtilize Smart Recruiter portal to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recordsDevelop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choiceAssist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment eventsProvide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicatorsSupport the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organizationStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisitionQualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR preferably in a leadership roleProven experience in full-cycle recruitment and team managementProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of social media platforms and their application in recruitmentExcellent interviewing and candidate assessment skillsSolid understanding of recruitment marketing techniquesKnowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulationsFamiliarity with HR best practices and current recruitment trendsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesFluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plusHR certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesRemote Work : YesEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills GIS,Heavy Machinery,Hardware Sales,Access Control,Fusion,Gsm Experience: years Vacancy: 1
