Job SummaryThe Assistant Procurement Manager supports the procurement function across all group companies, ensuring timely sourcing, cost control, supplier management, and process standardization. The role focuses on improving procurement systems, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations across diverse business units.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage daily purchasing activities across all departments (F&B, operations, maintenance, events)Ensure timely procurement of goods and services without operational delaysCoordinate with departments to understand requirements and specificationsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliersMaintain strong relationships with existing vendorsNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractsCompare quotations and ensure competitive pricingImplement cost‑saving strategies without compromising qualityMonitor market trends and supplier pricingCoordinate with stores and operations to maintain optimal stock levelsAvoid overstocking or stock shortagesSupport forecasting and demand planningImprove procurement workflows and approval processesImplement or support procurement systems / ERPMaintain proper documentation (LPOs, invoices, contracts)Ensure all purchases follow company policies and approval matrixMaintain audit‑ready documentationSupport finance team with invoice verification and reconciliationTrack procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, delays)Prepare reports for managementAnalyze purchasing patterns for improvement opportunitiesJob QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 4–7 years of procurement experience in UAEExperience in hospitality, F&B, or multi‑unit operations preferredStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsAnalytical mindset and cost‑control focusKnowledge of procurement systems / ERPStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in operational environmentsExperience with central kitchen, restaurants, or campsHandling multiple locations / companiesExposure to bulk purchasing and seasonal demand#J-18808-Ljbffr
