Assistant PM – Network Implementation

<div><ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of 2G/4G/5G mobile network rollout projects from site readiness to final handover to Operations.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li><li>Coordinate closely with civil, telecom, and backhaul teams to align site readiness, implementation, and integration activities.</li><li>Manage internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.</li><li>Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions.</li><li>Ensure sites are prepared for testing, acceptance, and successful operational handover.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and governance in line with project management frameworks.</li><li>Support reliable, scalable, and high-quality mobile network deployment aligned with business objectives.</li></ul><h3>Job Description&Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end execution of 2G/4G/5G mobile network implementation projects from planning through operational handover.</li><li>Ensure site readiness by coordinating civil works, telecom installation, and backhaul activities across all vendors.</li><li>Manage and control project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in line with approved plans.</li><li>Own and drive OLO and RFI processes to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and site delivery.</li><li>Conduct daily coordination with civil, telecom, and backhaul vendor project managers to track progress and resolve issues.</li><li>Identify project risks and dependencies early, implementing effective mitigation and corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure all Method of Procedure (MOP) and implementation documents are prepared, reviewed, and approved prior to execution.</li><li>Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, technical requirements, and HSE policies.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate updates of project systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Operations teams to address implementation constraints and readiness requirements.</li><li>Oversee testing activities and ensure sites are fully prepared for acceptance and service readiness.</li><li>Manage PAT processes and ensure successful handover of completed sites to Operations and O&M teams.</li><li>Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Drive effective communication, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and best practices across network rollout projects.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Minimum 7+ years of experience in mobile network rollout or network implementation project management.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in 2G/4G/5G radio network implementation and site rollout activities.</li><li>Proven expertise in coordinating civil works, RFI processes, telecom installation, and backhaul readiness.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors, subcontractors, and TowerCo partners.</li><li>Solid understanding of site acceptance, testing, and handover processes to Operations and O&M teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.</li><li>PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred and considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-project telecom environments.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
