Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this pivotal role you will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee engagement foster a positive work environment and support the full employee lifecycle.Collaborate with department leaders on performance management employee relations and day-to-day people mattersManage end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning and onboardingDevelop and implement training and development programs focusing on leadership and organizational cultureChampion a culture of inclusion well-being and high performance across the organizationSupport employee engagement initiatives and retention strategiesEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws company policies and People & Culture reporting requirementsMaintain HR systems and lead recognition programs for employeesAssist in workforce planning productivity analysis and strategic HR initiativesHandle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and proceduresContribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field3 years of experience in People & Culture roles preferably within the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices Outstanding written and verbal communication skills>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated experience in recruitment performance management and employee developmentProactive and adaptable mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solvingStrong analytical and decision‑making skillsGenuine passion for people and organizational cultureAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAdditional InformationAt Accor we are committed diversity.
