Assistant Operations Manager - HVAC

<div><h3>Assistant Operations Manager – HVAC System Manufacturing (Oil&Gas Sector)</h3><p>The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities, providing technical leadership to the applications team for order processing, and coordinating with the internal engineering team for all engineering clarifications. The role also involves coordinating with internal planning and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of orders. This position ensures adherence to engineering standards and on time delivery of HVAC equipment. The specialist works closely with engineering, production, QA/QC, supply chain, and project teams to support seamless operations within the manufacturing facility.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure internal processes align with technical drawings, BOM, engineering specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>Liaise with design and engineering teams to clarify technical details, design revisions, and manufacturing feasibility.</li><li>Review engineering drawings, HVAC layouts, and mechanical/electrical schematics to support production teams.</li><li>Support optimization of engineering processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.</li><li>Conduct final inspections, testing, and documentation checks for HVAC equipment.</li><li>Review RFQs generated for bought out accessories.</li><li>Lead the technical finalization of sub vendors.</li><li>Ensure value engineering and cost optimization for each order.</li><li>Review and implement process improvements.</li><li>Ensure seamless cross functional coordination with interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Support strategic planning of order execution.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>7–10 years of experience in HVAC engineering, sales, and operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Experience with hazardous area classified HVAC equipment (ATEX/IECEx/ECAS) is a strong advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with EPC project workflows, vendor approval processes, and O&G quality documentation (ITP, FAT, SAT).</li><li>Proficiency in major clientele engineering specifications such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, KOC, Qatar Energy, Shell DEP, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production planning tools.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong operational planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to understand engineering drawings and HVAC schematics.</li><li>Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality control processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
