Assistant Operations Manager

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operations Manager in overseeing the execution of construction supervision projects across different regions.Monitor and track project progress, manpower deployment, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contracts.Assist in preparing operational plans, project budgets, and resource allocation for CMS projects.Coordinate between project teams, technical disciplines, and head office functions (HR, Finance, Contracts, Procurement).Review and consolidate progress reports, KPIs, and dashboards from supervision sites for management review.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on all supervised projects.Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the Operations Manager in addressing operational matters.Contribute to recruitment planning, mobilization, and demobilization of supervision staff as per project requirements.Support audits, quality control assessments, and corrective action implementation across supervision projects.Identify operational risks and challenges, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).7+ years of relevant experience in construction management, site supervision, or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership/support role.Strong understanding of Saudi construction industry standards, regulations, and codes.Experience with mega and giga projects is highly desirable.Excellent reporting, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
