The Assistant Nurse plays a key role in supporting physicians and nursing teams, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and continuity of care at our Dubai Festival City Clinic.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>This is a clinic‑based Assistant Nurse role supporting physicians and nursing staff in the delivery of outpatient care at our Dubai Festival City Clinic.</p><p>The role is well suited to an Assistant Nurse with hands‑on clinical experience who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced outpatient setting, supporting patient assessments, procedures, and day‑to‑day clinical operations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support qualified nurses and physicians in the delivery of high‑quality patient care</li><li>Observe, measure, and record patient vital signs, reporting abnormalities to the medical team</li><li>Deliver patient‑centered care, ensuring consent, dignity, privacy, and safety at all times</li><li>Assist in the management of patients with chronic conditions including respiratory, cardiac, and diabetic conditions</li><li>Provide assistance during clinical procedures and examinations as directed</li><li>Document patient care activities accurately in medical and nursing records</li><li>Maintain continuity of care by communicating patient needs, actions taken, and observations to the clinical team</li><li>Respond appropriately to emergency situations and elevate to the medical team in line with training and scope of practice</li><li>Attend mandatory training including annual resuscitation and emergency response updates</li><li>Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families</li><li>Support infection control policies and safeguarding procedures in line with local regulations and Al‑Futtaim Health guidelines</li></ul><h3>Additional Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the safe operation and basic maintenance of clinical equipment</li><li>Assist with stock control and management of nursing supplies</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory training activities</li><li>Maintain professional standards and contribute to a positive team environment</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>DHA‑licensed or DHA‑eligible Assistant Nurse (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an accredited healthcare facility</li><li>Strong clinical support skills within an outpatient or clinic environment</li><li>Competent in assisting physicians and supporting nursing procedures</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Patient‑focused, caring, and professional in approach</li><li>Team‑oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting</li><li>Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage</li></ul><h3>Qualifications And Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing</li><li>Valid DHA License or Eligibility as an Assistant Nurse (mandatory)</li><li>Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (mandatory)</li><li>Strong computer literacy skills</li></ul><h3>Experience or training in areas such as:</h3><ul><li>Patient assessment and monitoring of vital signs</li><li>ECG assistance</li><li>Wound care and dressings</li><li>Infection control procedures</li><li>Venipuncture and blood sampling</li><li>IV cannulation</li><li>Blood sugar monitoring and POCT</li><li>Clinical documentation</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>5‑day working week</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Health insurance, life assurance, and generous leave</li><li>Supportive multidisciplinary clinical team</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>Clinic location: Dubai Festival City</li></ul><h3>About Al-Futtaim Healthcare</h3><p>Al-Futtaim Healthcare offers a holistic healthcare approach through HealthHub Clinics, a multi‑speciality chain of more than 20 clinics in Dubai.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
