Assistant Managers

Job Title: Assistant Manager (Fast Food) Company: Star Services LLC Location: Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Contract Details: Full-time QSR - restaurant experience Star Services LLC is a leading hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates and we are currently seeking experienced Assistant Managers to join our fast food team in Abu Dhabi. As an Assistant Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our fast food restaurant. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fast food restaurant - Train and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of labor - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant operations and profitability - Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with team members and promote a positive work culture Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays - Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Benefits: - Competitive salary - Accommodation and transportation provided - Health insurance - Annual leave and flight allowance - Professional development opportunities - Fun and dynamic work environment If you have a passion for the fast food industry and are ready to take on a leadership role we would love to hear from you!
