Assistant Manager – Value Proposition (UAE National)

EI Wealth Management department works across Priority and Private Banking managing a portfolio of c. 20K customers in the affluent and HNWI bracket. The unit is designed to deliver a more comprehensive and tailored package offering to clients, assisting them in achieving their portfolio growth targets across CASA, Investments and Financing.The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Value Proposition team in BAU tasks and running the ground work on annual and ad-hoc projects.Support the Value Proposition Manager in quarterly checkpoints with UHs to understand key changes, risks and initiatives in their regionsSupport the Sr. Manager to design, launch and monitor product/customer level campaigns and initiatives with the help of PRB analytics team, CLM & marketingFollow up with Marketing & CLM teams for collateral and data respectively for analyticsFollow up with channels for timely execution of marketing and training campaigns – specifically train the call center agents, admin specialists and front-line staff on the sales campaigns launchedHelp plan monthly calendar share updates of the monthly calendar with respective teamsRegular update & explanation for all the frontline staff on the communication shared with customersSupport the Value Proposition team in identifying strategies and operational issues hindering overall customer base growthSupport the Manager in running periodic checkpoints with all stakeholders (e.g. Portfolio Management, CLM, Branches, RLT, etc) in identifying operational and service issues impacting customer retentionPerform periodic benchmarking and horizon scanning reviews e.g. competitor's lifestyle benefits for PRB, product pricing, new campaigns, app/website changes, etcIdentify gaps in EI PRB and PB proposition and offering compared to marketFlag all such gaps to the Value Proposition Sr. ManagerAssist the Manager in periodic checkpoints with stakeholders and front-line staff to identify any upcoming changes/risks which may impact Value Proposition annual plans e.g. budget cuts, re-branding, Group guidance, etcRequired skills/experienceInternship or exposure in banking, marketing, customer experience, or analytics is a plusBasic understanding of retail banking products (CASA, cards, lending, investments) is advantageousGood coordination and stakeholder management skillsBasic analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and reportsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointEagerness to learn and develop within the banking sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
