The role focuses on expanding market presence, executing promotions, and ensuring smooth retail operations.Job DescriptionBusiness Development & Relationship ManagementBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in Duty Free and other travel retail accounts across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and OmanIdentifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the brand's footprint within the travel retail sector while leveraging existing relationshipsDriving sales growth in the travel retail segmentMonitoring and analyzing sales performance, ensuring the achievement of budgeted revenue and profitabilityCollaborating with internal brand teams to align sales strategiesMarketing & PromotionsWorking closely with brand and marketing teams to design and implement promotional activities tailored to travel retail audiencesEnsuring optimal brand visibility and merchandising standards at all travel retail points of saleOperations & LogisticsOverseeing the operational aspects, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring customer service and operational standardsCoordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of stockprofileBachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Management or related streams from a reputed instituteAt least 2-3 years of relevant brand management & operationsexperience in the retail industryExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizing and planning skillsWell versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)#J-18808-Ljbffr
