The Assistant Manager – Technical Service & Customer Relations plays a key role in overseeing and managing service operations across the MENA and Asian regions, ensuring efficient technical support delivery, high service quality, and overall operational efficiency.Reports ToThe Assistant Manager – Technical Service & Customer Relations will report to the Manager – Tech Service & Customer Relations.Joining PeriodImmediate.Number of PositionsOne.Job DescriptionOversee and manage the engineering service team to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and breakdown support for all equipment.Allocate jobs, plan manpower deployment, and manage service schedules effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, promptly addressing service‑related concerns.Support customer retention through proactive service, technical guidance, and problem‑solving.Ensure proper documentation of all service activities, including manuals, reports, and technical records.Implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously enhance service quality.Plan manpower allocation, schedules, and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency.Support the introduction and development of new Inkjet products in the market.Qualifications & CompetenciesB.
