Job Description

How You Will Make An Impact (Key Responsibilities)Social Media Strategy & Content PlanningSupport the development and execution of social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal priorities.Ensure content reflects premium fashion aesthetics, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to enhance content relevance.Content Execution & Community ManagementCoordinate content creation with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and influencers.Oversee day-to-day posting, scheduling, and basic performance monitoring across platforms.Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and interactions in line with brand guidelines.Performance Tracking & OptimizationTrack and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.Support reporting on campaign effectiveness and content performance with actionable insights.Assist in optimizing content strategies based on analytics and audience behavior.Cross-Functional & Campaign SupportCollaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, PR, and Creative teams to support integrated campaigns.Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and campaign activations as required.Ensure timely execution of social media deliverables across multiple markets or platforms.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, and audience engagement tactics.Eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand-consistent visual communication.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly.Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
