the jobThe incumbent will support our sales and business development activities across the GCC region and Egypt. The role involves assisting in managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, supporting merchandising and distribution efforts, and helping to drive brand visibility and market share.Job DescriptionAssist in implementing sales and business development plans to achieve regional targetsSupport market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunitiesHelp identify new retail locations or partners aligned with brand positioningCoordinate with clients and retail partners to ensure optimal brand representation and product availabilityTrack stock levels and assist in managing replenishment orders across assigned territoriesWork with the team to ensure merchandising and promotional activities meet brand standardsAssist in organizing visual merchandising campaigns and securing brand visibility in storesSupport the preparation of sales reports, performance reviews, and market analysisCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth execution of sales activitiesParticipate in retail staff training sessions and support brand/product knowledge sharingTravel as needed across GCC and Egypt to visit stores, meet partners, and conduct follow-upsprofileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferably an MBA froma reputed institute)3–5 years of sales, distribution, or business development experience, ideally in Eyewear, FMCG, or related sectorsPrior exposure to UAE/GCC markets is requiredFluency in Arabic language (spoken/written) is mandatoryStrong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skillsGood understanding of merchandising and retail dynamicsHighly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitaskValid GCC driving licenseWillingness to travel frequently across GCC and Egypt#J-18808-Ljbffr
