You’ll learn not only from your fellow Legends but also through our award‑winning learning academy so that you can achieve the highest standards of craft, service and leadership and become a legend in your own story.What you’ll getCompetitive Salary PackageWorld‑class Development OpportunitiesComplimentary stays with breakfast included in our sister Dorchester Collection hotels50% off at bars and restaurants within all of our sister Dorchester Collection hotelsMeals on DutyPrivate Medical InsuranceLife InsuranceAnnual Flight AllowanceCompany AccommodationCompany provided transportation to and from workUniform provided by the Company with complimentary laundryWhat you’ll doYou’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.Coach and train the team on the floor to achieve the highest standards of service for which Dorchester Collection is renowned.To monitor overall budget food and beverage revenue, cost of sales, other expenses and payroll.Assist with hiring, training and evaluating the service team.Control quality levels of products and services, operation cost, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene on an ongoing basis.Ensure that the standards set by the Company’s Policy and Procedures regarding personal hygiene and grooming are maintained by all service colleagues.During your daily routine you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times, including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.Assist with rosters on a two‑weekly basis and review overtime, holiday requirements and absenteeism daily with the Restaurant GM.Maintain administrative records such as attendance records, duty rosters, vacation plans and hygiene inspection records.Maintain a relationship with all regular guests, keeping them informed of any activation happening in the outlet
