Assistant Manager-Risk Management

<div><p>The Assistant Manager-Risk Management is responsible for providing efficient support in managing all facets of risks; assisting in identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that could impact the organization; collaborating with various departments to implement risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In this role, you will specifically focus on Market, Credit, and Liquidity risks inherent in Capital Markets and investment funds. You will help monitor portfolio volatility and counterparty exposures to ensure that all investment activities align with the firm’s risk appetite and financial industry regulations.</p><h3>Qualifications (Education&Certifications)</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.</li><li>CME-1 is mandatory</li><li>Certified Risk Manager (CRM) is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Work Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience with 2 years in the financial services industry</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities&Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the company and its product specifications.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of CMA regulations and other relevant regulatory bodies.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for assessing and evaluating complex risk scenarios.</li><li>Effective communication skills for conveying risk information to various stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to develop creative solutions to mitigate identified risks.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Proficient in preparing detailed reports and maintaining organized documentation.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
