<div><p><b>Job Title: Assistant Manager – Regulatory Compliance (12-Month Contract)</b></p><h3>Overview</h3><p>A well-established bank in the UAE is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager within Regulatory Compliance on a 12-month contract. This position will work closely with the Head of Regulatory Compliance, supporting oversight activities, handling regulatory interactions, and ensuring alignment with UAE regulatory expectations.</p><h3>Key Duties</h3><ul><li>Conduct end-to-end regulatory compliance reviews using internal monitoring frameworks, with a focus on UAE Central Bank requirements</li><li>Review and interpret new regulatory communications, assess business impact, and coordinate implementation with relevant teams</li><li>Provide support during regulatory inspections and act as a point of contact for engagements with the Central Bank and other authorities</li><li>Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation, including registers, logs, and compliance tracking tools</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and submissions for governance forums and senior stakeholders</li><li>Contribute to FATCA and CRS-related processes, including reporting obligations and internal advisory support</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional certifications such as ACAMS are advantageous</li><li>At least 8 years of experience within banking or financial services, including a minimum of 5 years in regulatory compliance</li><li>Exposure to Audit or Legal functions would be beneficial</li><li>Solid understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations and AML/CFT requirements</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail</li><li>Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities both independently and collaboratively</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
