To lead and manage retail operations across assigned stores by driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing staff productivity to achieve business growth and deliver superior customer experience.Job DescriptionDriving sales performance across the assigned cluster of watch stores to achieve budgeted targetsDeveloping and implementing localized retail strategies to maximize productivity, increase ATV, and improve conversion ratesSupporting sales promotions and other events to drive store-level business growthMaximizing sales and profitability of the retail storesRetail HygieneEnsure all the stores are in compliance with the store operating and customer service standardsEnsuring retail hygiene standards are maintained at all the retail outletsMonitoring the store appearance, ambience and visual merchandisingMaintaining shop upkeep and cleanlinessRetail StaffingManaging staff performance, knowledge, discipline and motivationEnsuring conformance to standard operating procedures by the staffProviding adequate staffing in retail locations for the assigned geographyPreparing or validating monthly roster and annual leave roster for retail staffEnsuring staff meet the desired grooming standardsCalculating incentives and overtime and submitting to Finance on a monthly basisAssessing quality of retail staff on regular basis and administering assessment testsHandling retail staff performance appraisalsIdentifying training needs of retail staff and ensuring staff are trained, coached or developed accordinglyControlling inventory and stock turnoverOrdering of stockReporting and CoordinationProviding feedback to the management, reports and analysisSurveying constantly key mall and competitor activitiesLiaising with mall management and contractors to ensure smooth operation of storesprofileShould have a Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related disciplines6 to 8 years of experience in managing retail sales operationsShould have strong business and commercial acumenImmaculate personality and well presentedGood planning and organizing skillsIn-depth knowledge of Group brands and competitor brandsGood understanding of merchandising concept#J-18808-Ljbffr
