The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for anAssistant Marketing Manager – Roomsto joinMadinat JumeirahThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies, initiatives, and day-to-day operations, ensuring full alignment with brand strategy and hotel-level brand standards.Create, manage, and optimize content across digital and social platforms, including website and mobile app content, visual guidelines, image libraries, and brand audits.Oversee and coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring consistent brand positioning while tailoring strategies to the unique objectives of each hotel, spa, and events venue.Act as the central marketing liaison for resort-wide stakeholders (GMs, Spa, Events, F&B, Revenue, and Sales), aligning campaigns, timelines, and priorities across business units.Plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent campaigns, launches, and digital, CRM, loyalty, and email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution, optimized resources, and achievement of commercial KPIs.Support luxury partnerships, sponsorships, trade marketing, global sales events, and manage administrative and financial processes including budgeting, P&L support, invoicing, reporting, and competitor analysis.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field from an accredited and reputable university.Proven experience managing marketing activities across multiple properties or business units simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver consistent brand standards in a complex, multi-property environment.Strong technical skills including managing photography and film shoots, proficiency in English (local language preferred), and excellent copywriting, proofreading, and presentation skills.Demonstrated behavioral competencies aligned with Jumeirah’s Aspire values, including strong attention to detail, effective communication, time management, prioritization, and a results-driven mindset.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
