Job Description
Job Description As a Project Manager at our company, your role will involve order execution, project management, customer coordination, and internal coordination for order execution in MSOL-P - POR and asset management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting Sales POR
- Maintaining RDSL / PDSL
- Inventory Monitoring
- Key responsibility of Project execution techno commercially under PMO Guidelines
- Conducting kick-off meetings with Sales team and customers to understand project execution strategy
- Expertise in preparing project documents like project schedule, manufacturing schedule, and project status reports
- Completing PR documentation on time and expediting its approval
- Preparation of complete Bill of Material for order entry and Manufacturing
- Meeting sales targets for financial year in terms of monthly / Daily shipment target
- Improving delivery of services to customers to avoid LD and optimize project execution cycle
- Keeping finished goods material inventory as per target
- Providing feedback to customers & regional sales team on progress of sales orders
- Improving customer loyalty by giving proactive services
- Coordinating & ensuring successful inspection of customer orders with proper documentation
- Completing final documentation on time
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Project Management
- Familiarity with Instrument Data Sheets and Specifications, International Standards, and Ingress Protection Codes
- Knowledge & experience in reviewing and understanding EPC, End user specification requirements
- Systematic and assertive character with the ability to manage complex situations under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a technical environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering in Instrumentation
